- We’re located oceanfront in beautiful Maple Bay near biking/hiking trails, Maple Bay beach, pubs and restaurants.
- The Studio is tucked away on almost an acre of property on a little road connecting Maple Bay Road and Genoa Bay Road. Right in the heart of Maple Bay! Close to pubs and restaurants, including a grocery convenience store.
- This cozy Studio offers stunning views and is complete with a kitchenette, queen bed, full-piece ensuite bathroom and a hot tub.
- Suite has its own private entrance and patio. Kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, induction stove top, convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Coffee and tea are provided.
- There is public bus service available on Chisholm Trail — bus schedule subject to change, so let us know if you’re planning to use this service.

Great place in an absolutely beautiful spot. Everything was great. Duncan is a cute little town with some great coffee and restaurants. Kathy's place is a great location and close to everything. Very peaceful and quiet.

We enjoyed the beautiful water view, and the privacy of the cottage. There are so many places to explore close by. We took hikes and walked along the beach. It was just the relaxing getaway we needed.

Kathy's place is a perfect space for singles or couples. We enjoyed the views, hot tub and being able to book one night only. Very good value and we'd definitely stay again.
